What is the Executive branch of the US government responsible for?

I know the Legislative branch makes the laws and the Judicial branch interprets them, but what does the Executive branch do?|||the executive branch consists of the president, vice president, and the cabinet.

the presidents "controls foreign affairs and domestic power, appoints many officials, grants pardons and reprieves, is the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, prepares the budget for the nation, and is the legislative leader for the party in power."

the VP is the head of the senate, "takes any other duties assigned by the president," and is next in line to replace the president.

the cabinet are "15 department officials appointed by the president to aid in the running of our country"|||executive branch is the president|||Well, the executive branch does just that, it executes. It carries out and enforces the laws that the legislative branch makes and passes. The President is a part of the executive branch. The executive branch is like the cops of the white house, they enforce the laws.

Hope that was helpful =]|||Executes the laws of the land. That is...carries them out, enforces them.|||The Executive Branch is headed by the Student Body President and the other executive officers, and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Student Government.
